The Hall

2,200-sq-ft banquet hall and meeting space — complete with a full warming kitchen and flexible seating for up to 200 guests. Delivers an elegant canvas for everything from owner-sponsored weddings and milestone celebrations to board meetings and charity galas.

The Pavilion

3,500-sq-ft covered outdoor pavilion with vaulted roof, stone fireplace, and roll-down weather curtains — year-round Low-Country gatherings with all-weather peace of mind and breathtaking lagoon views.

Who Can Use Indigo Hall

Available to COA property owners and residents and their immediate families and guests — provided they are in good standing with the COA. An Owner Sponsor is required for non-owner events.
