Indigo Run Community Owners Association, Inc. (IRCOA) texts event tickets only to guests who opt in during a ticket purchase. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Two opt-in methods shown below.
1. Online ticket checkout
At checkout, a guest may enter a mobile number and check the consent box. The example below is a static form example. It does not submit.

2. At the door (staff-assisted)
Staff read this script aloud:
"We can text your ticket to this number. You'll get Indigo Run Events Ticket Texts from the Indigo Run Community Owners Association, usually 1 or 2 messages for this purchase. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Our privacy policy and SMS terms are at indigorun.com. We do not sell or share your mobile number. Is that OK?"
